CNC Machinist-Automotive-Permanent-Days-Birmingham

We are working with a small niche and family owned company who require a permanent CNC Machinist (Turner or Miller) who can programme using Mazatrol controls and Mazak machinery, a permanent role on a day shift pattern with an immediate start in Birmingham.

You'll need to have the following experience to be considered:

- Proven experience of programming Mazak machines using Mazatrol controls (milling, turning or machining centres)
- Worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment (automotive or aerospace)
- Competent setter and able to sort out tool problems with minimal interruption to production
- Apprentice trained (not a pre-requisite)

The role is very hands on and working within a firm of 8 people for a family owned business, they have been trading for 3 years and going from strength to strength with new and repeat business alike which includes automotive, aerospace and F1.

The experience programming is an absolute must to be considered.

This role is based on days (0730-1600 Monday-Thursday and 0730-1500 on a Friday), weekday, week-end paid overtime is readily available (to double time) and this role is an immediate start.
