Operations Manager - Engineering - South West - £40-55k DOE

An Operations Manager with a background in the assembly of complex engineered products for a business experiencing growth predominantly within the Oil and Gas Industry. They are the market leader in the design and manufacture of safety critical products. This role reports to the MD and is part of an exciting expansion strategy.
You must have experience with :-
-Managing a team of operators and growth.
-Have an excellent understanding of engineering principles and technical processes.
-Be able to work closely with designers and customers.
The salary range for this role is £40-55,000pa depending on experience. Interviews are due to take place during March with a view to start during April. Being educated to degree level is an advantage but not essential.
