As Electrical Certification Engineer your main purpose will be to assist in delivering major programmes and supporting ongoing production for the Structures business ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.

The appointed Certification Engineer will ensure that company design is certified to EASA or FAA regulations and satisfies the contract specification.

Generation and checking of;
- Wiring diagrams.
- Electrical Load Analysis
- Electrical panel assembly and detail metalwork.
- Grounding and Bonding Analysis
- FMEA

Other duties will include:
- Participate in Design Reviews throughout each phase of the New Product Introduction process
- Support the selection and application of components appropriate for design
- Preparation of schemes and provision of technical support for test programmes. To analyse test results and report findings.
- To provide `support to production` services including investigation to queries raised through Design Query Notes and Non-Conformity Reports, production permits and concessions and any other matter where production time scales are potentially adversely affected.
The suitable applicant will be educated to degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or have proven experience in relation to requirements for this role.

- Previous experience in design organisation involved in aerospace design.
- Familiar with current EASA and FAA regulations in particular CS-25.
