It's a technically based role and you will need to have the ability to work round problems should they arise with the products.

The second part of the job is to inspect parts that have been diagnosed as faulty (and sent back by the customer) and search for trends or troubleshoot the faults to ensure the product problem is rectified. The company are looking for a person with a background in testing, fault finding and troubleshooting, a person that has experience of fixing computers (ideally face to face with customers) or from a specialist service that many electronic retailers offer.
