First tier automotive supplier of low volume vehicle development components. Responsability will be for up to 60 operators via shift based team leaders. Candidates will be proven people managers with an ability to plan a fluctuating workload. Will have the ability to manage in a continuous improvement environment and be able to deal directly with OEM customers. Growth prospects are excellent for the business and for individuals.
