Controls Engineer

A major global supplier of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic products and systems has a new need for a permanent Controls Engineer. This role could also be called Project Design Engineer. The opportunity is commutable of Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and Chester. You will interpret customer specifications and prepare technical proposals as well as researching, designing and developing of electro-hydraulic control systems. Mathematical Modelling will also be required. You will be qualified to at least an HND and have hydraulics or electronics controls or design experience. Matlab, Simunlink, Visual Basic , Labview and CAD experience would be useful.
