Catia V5 Design Engineer - Interior Trim

Our client is one of the world`s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. Established for more than 60 years its product line-up has, more recently, moved into the design and manufacture of passenger cars, including electric vehicles.
A new 6 month contract opportunity has arisen for a Principal CAD Engineer, specialising in Interior Lower Trim.
Based in Coventry, the individual will be responsible for the following:
- Design and development of Catia V5 models for the lower trim of a vehicle variant, including rear quarter trim, load floor and stowage bins.
- Store working models into structured database to support project reviews and DMU process.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years automotive experience is essential
- Degree qualified or similar qualification.
- Experience in the use of Teamcenter data management systems
- Able to demonstrate a depth of knowledge in a relevant technical speciality
- Effective team member contributing to improvements and high customer service.
- Good logical reasoning
- Strong numeracy and literacy
