STA Stampings Engineer
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Knowledge of and experience of working in die and stamping manufacturing and the launching of dies and stampings in both toolmakers and final manufacturing locations.
Knowledge and practitioner of the PPAP process and experience in project management where timing has been a challenge.
Experience in capacity planning and measuring, pmeas and control plans, process flow interrogation and problem solving tools i.e. 8D's.
Skills Preferred:
Experience of working with and managing teams in multi functional environments to deliver multi die and stamping programmes against tight and demanding deadlines.
Details
Experience Required:
Having worked in die and stamping manufacturing also having executed ppap/psw and conducted and completed capacity analysis work and projects.
Experience Preferred:
Use of project management tools and experience of managing teams and complex and challenging teams and situations.
