Quality Co-ordinator

Our client is an established and well known manufactures of safety critical rubber based products.
The role as a Quality Co-ordinator will include:
- Leading Quality Improvement teams, to ensure that project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Co-ordinating continuous improvement activities, focusing on key quality parameters identified from the factory quality deployments.
- Identifying the need for quality related training, and carrying out the training where necessary.
- Managing the MF1 Operative Quality team.
- Liaising with RandD to ensure that irregular compound stock levels remain under control.
- Supporting the introduction of new / modified processes.
Personal and Professional Requirements:
- An ability to drive forward improvement activities using sound methodology and professional integrity.
- A formal qualification in Rubber or Material Technology.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
- A high level of resilience, and ability to influence people.
