Our client is one of the world's most successful motorsport and vehicle technology businesses and due to continued growth are looking to appoint a Systems Support Analyst
We a looking for strong candidates with a biase towards infrastucture support and development, but also to meet the criteria below:
- Ensure high availability of the organisation s technical infrastructure.
- Perform proactive systems maintenance.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of network services ensuring 100% availability during core business hours.
- Supporting the delivery of planned IT projects.
- To provide second and third line support for all IT systems and services where/when required within agreed Service Level Agreement parameters
- Current Microsoft server operating systems
- Virtualisation systems (VMWare/Hyper-V#
- Centralised storage #SAN/NAS# (NetApp/HP/EMC#
- MS Exchange server administration
- LAN/WAN/Firewall administration and support #Cisco#
- PC hardware and operating systems #XP/Wind and#
- Common desktop software packages #Office 2003/2010)
- Backup systems #Symantec)
