The CCTV Product Specialist (known as CPS) is responsible for, but not limited to, providing comprehensive Sales Development and Product Support for all current and legacy video products either remotely via phone/email or onsite.

This will include conducting customer presentations and sales visits as well as providing Sales and Product training courses to a variety of audiences internally and externally to the business.

This role will require the CPS to influence and assist the sales teams in reaching CCTV targets set by the business.

The CPS will be expected to have local responsibility for liaising with Global PM and marketing regarding the launch, suitability, local training and testing of newly released products to the UK market.

They would provide relevant information and feedback back to HQ, assisting Sales in project support and demonstrations, whilst gathering, assembling and delivering appropriate market data for helping to identify future market requirement.


Shared responsibility for > 1M revenue in the UK and Ireland Business on CCTV and a key contributor to the overall team target.
Strategy: To provide comprehensive Sales and product support on all current and legacy CCTV products by appropriate on or off site communication methods.

Assisting in preparing, delivering and updating sales training and mentoring in line with the sales strategy. Assisting and advising in conjunction with the Training Manager training documentation in line with the training strategy.


Performance: To deliver high and consistent service levels to different stakeholders. To ensure sound business judgement and effective time management is used to provide optimum support.


Financial Management: Recognising and reporting and assisting in any potential sales opportunities that may arise through day to day customer contact. Operating sound business and financial judgement when conducting the role to operate within the confines of responsible business expenditure. Monthly management reporting, logging data onto Companies CRM.
