Product Applications Specialist (RF Systems Integration) - Aerospace - Essex - £50,000

A Product Applications engineer specialising in RF systems integration is required to provide engineering resources to support major product development projects, from design leadership through to engineering build. This role is responsible for defining the RF/microwave architecture of amplifier systems. This opportunity is based in Chelmsford with a company that is involved with challenging and rewarding work.

Main Accountabilities and Essential Skills

-Knowledge of microwave principles, solid state microwave systems and circuit design.
-Use of electrical, thermal, RF/microwave test and measurement equipment.
-Commissioning of test equipment's EMC/EMI testing, environmental testing.
-Preparation of product compliance documentation test planning.

The salary range indicated for this product Applications Specialist (RF Systems Integration) role is circa £50,000 depending on experience. Being qualified to a degree/HND level will be advantageous. Due to the nature of some of the projects candidates must be eligible to be security cleared.
