Test Systems Electronics Engineer - Aerospace - Essex - £35,000

A Test System Electronics Engineer is required to support the imaging departments operations in supporting the timely delivery of quality products. Responsibilities would include the equipment design, development, implementation and maintenance of imaging sensor interface electronics and hardware. This opportunity is based in Chelmsford with a company that is involved with challenging and rewarding work.

Main Accountabilities and Essential Skills

-Rapid response to fault find, diagnose and fix problems.
-Operate scheduled maintenance and calibration activities to minimise downtime.
-CAD skills (eg. Cadstar, AutoCAD))
-Experienced of working with charge coupled devices (CCD).
-Electronics Engineering background with a relevant Degree.
- Some understanding of semiconductor physics and/or CMOS technology would be advantageous .

The salary range indicated for this Test Systems Electronics Engineer role is £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, Due to the nature of some of the projects candidates must be eligible to be security cleared.
