Senior Software Engineer - Aerospace (contract)
To support the COMAQ C919 aircraft programme and to be based in Cheltenham, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a contract period
of 6 months and potentially longer to join a Global Aerospace Group as soon as possible.
You will have full software lifecycle experience, particularly in creation of s/w planning documentation (Plan for Software Aspects of Certification, Software Development Plan). The software requirements will include the design and implementation in C, on DO-178B level A projects. Experience of embedded software development, ideally targeted at Freescale P1011 processors or similar is also required.
You should have experience of Dimensions configuration management tool and LDRA test tools and ideally, you will have been through the process of
creating a PSAC and/or an SDP and getting it approved by the civil cert authorities.
