CNC Manufacturing Engineer - 6 month contract - £25-35/hr doe - Birmingham
We are seeking a contract manufacturing engineer for an initial 6 months with excellent experience of CNC machining. This is working for a blue chip automotive first tier supplier based in North West Birmingham.
What you'll do
- Improving CNC machining cycles and efficiencies
- Programming CNC machines off line and modifying programs
- Planning and designing tooling
- Designing and selecting fixtures
What you'll need
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Production Engineering or similar
- Industry experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within a 5 axis CNC machining environment
- Experience of Siemens Sinumerik controls or other Siemens controls
- Be available for face to face interview within 4 weeks
- Eligible to work in the UK without support for at least 6 months
