QUALITY ENGINEER / MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - AEROSPACE - ENGINEERING - HERTFORDSHIRE - EXCELLENT SALARY

I'm looking for a Manufacturing Engineer / Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality activities for both engineering and manufacturing disciplines. A good understanding of manufacturing combined with a working knowledge of quality systems and procedures is required for the role of Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer.

An excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer / Quality Engineer to be part of a rapidly expanding aerospace organisation who's customers are among some of the world's elite producers of Aircraft, both civil and military. You will be required to drive process improvement and non-conformance reduction through process improvement activities.

For the role of Manufacturing Engineer / Quality Engineer you must have:

- A good understanding of manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO9001 and AS9100)
- Conversant with BOM's, Quality Plans, SPC and APQP
- Able to interpret and understand engineering drawings
- Implement problem solving techniques such as 5s and 8D

Interviews will commence with immediate effect with a view to starting as soon as 4th March.
