Our automotive client is a market leader in luxury and high volume off-road vehicles, designing and manufacturing in the Midlands.

Position Description:
Budget coordination work with APC team to identify affordable cost targets for outsource, create forecasts.
Work with PD finance to embed the costs into the PD budget and programme finance metrics, track spending etc.
Order cover coordination
Raise purchase order requests and monitor progress through the process to order cover Track invoicing against deliverables
Manage the fiscal year renewal of contracts via new order cover.
Management support.
Organise reviews, agendas, record actions etc.
Create monthly reports to management.
Create and update scorecard, master schedule, plans, timing etc for outsourced programmes.
Skills Required:

Demonstrate high level of motivation and resourcefulness, to be able to operate without direction
Good communication, interpersonal skills, self confidence, self motivation and be able to deliver with minimum supervision
Understanding and relevant experience in a purchasing or finance environment Demonstrate attention to detail, creation of and manipulation of complex spreadsheets Experience of budget control

Use of microsoft office and general PC skills Previous experience of working with third parties.



Experience Required:

Related purchase and/or finance team experience. If no suitable experienced candidates are available then graduates with appropriate degrees will be considered.



Experience Preferred:

Knowledge of our clients systems and processes (if not, training will be provided)
Education Required:

Relevant accounting and/or experience in financial and/or purchasing functions
