Purchase Engineer - Vendor Tooling

£23.10 - 23.10 per hour
Our automotive client is a market leader in luxury and high volume off-road vehicles, designing and manufacturing in the Midlands.
A new 6 month contract opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Engineer (Vendor Tooling) to provide Supplier Technical Assistance and Outsource Support.
Based in Warwickshire, the individual will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving exit packs and samples from Engineers
- Support generation of interim TKT data
- Conduct run at rate on dies post commission
- Review capability data against CRT and exit reports
- Sign off master part for TKT run, against DIMN data
- Organise Plant Line trial at customer facility
- Develop plan to deliver to Phase 3 PSW
- Handover to current Site Engineer
- Sign off interim PSW and commence serial supply
- Support update shared capacity model and validate
It is essential that the individual holds a full, clean driving licence as visits to other sites, as well as suppliers may be necessary.
