This position is in the PTIM Powerpack project office, coordinating Diesel Engine Powerpack planning for commercial vehicle programs



This role will require a candidate to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of P/Train component systems, especially focused on current Diesel engines.

The successful candidate will be required to work very closely with the Diesel engine team, the P/Train component, calibration and development teams to develop input and manage workstreams to successfully achieve the Powerpack project deliverables.
Skills Required:

Excellent project management skills.
Excellent Diesel Engine knowledge.
PC skills, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
Be a good team builder, be able to manage large meetings and facilitate issue resolution. Good understanding of current vehicle emission standards and technologys.
Good understanding of component design processes.
(GPDS, Integrator, WERS, AVBoM, eFDVS etc)



Skills Preferred:
Good knowledge of DFMEA principles and other general quality tools. Working knowledge of calibration and P/Train control strategy.
Experience Required:

Experience of Diesel engine components and development and relevant P/Train components and systems, materials and production processes.


Education Required:
Degree preferred
