Our client is one of the world`s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. Established for more than 60 years its product line-up has, more recently, moved into the design and manufacture of passenger cars, including electric vehicles. Initially this is a one year fixed term contract which may become a permanent role. However, the company is looking for someone to work part time hours which will most likely be 9am-3pm, 5 days a week.

The role is to act as PA to Head of Design, organising the calendar to ensure travel and review dates are aligned with the senior management team in ERC Pune and the executive team in Mumbai. You will manage studio consumable stock levels including stationery and will also manage relationships with studio service providers, cleaning contracts, etc and will ensure any maintenance work is carried out promptly and effectively by the Studio landlord. You will also be responsible for studio WAP entries and managing the studio order log.

You must have strong numeracy and literacy skills together with excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and a minimum of five years experience in a PA/Secretarial or Studio Assistant role. You will also need to be an effective team member contributing to improvements in the day-to-day running of the design studio. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and administrative teams. You may also be asked to undertake very occasional travel (one or twice a year) to India and Italy to maintain relationships with opposite numbers there.
