Internal Recruiter - Reading - £20.24 (Ltd) - Initial 6 week contract

An Internal Recruiter with a solid background with internal recruiting to work within a large food and drink company. The Internal Recruiter will be working within the Research, Development and Quality team.

You must have experience with:

- Managing up to 20 live vacancies at any one time of different levels
- Managing the internal and external posting process with the team for your designated recruitment, ensuring fair processes are followed and in line with business recruitment principles
- Organising and leading (when needed) interviews and assessments with Hiring Managers
- Must have experience with competency based interviewing techniques
- High level of end to end experience in either a "soft" agency or in-house recruiting environment
