TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER- SALES - ENGINEERING - HERTFORDSHIRE
A Pre Sales Technical Support Engineer is required to join the team at a Hertfordshire based company who offers an extensive range of industrial, commercial and consumer electric and electronic products throughout Europe. Commutable from Luton, Watford, Enfield, Harlow and Stevenage.
As the Technical Support Engineer, you will answer technical queries over the phone and via e-mail, whilst supporting the account managers. The technical support engineer will also be expected to conduct customer visits providing sound technical information and able to build relationships with account managers
.
As the Technical Support Engineer you must have:
- Knowledge and experience of Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps or Heating Products
- IT literate
- Technically minded
- Motivated
Interviews for the Technical Support Engineer will commence with immediate effect with a view to starting as early as 18th March 2013.
An excellent opportuntiy to be part of a fast paced enviroment whilst enhancing your skills and knowledge through on the job training, as support will be given throughout you career to enable progression.
The following is desirable but not essential:
- Educated to ONC/HNC Level
- Maintain a CRM Database
