Senior Production Planner - South Yorkshire - to £30k
Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield
£23k - 30k per year
Are you a production planner with experience of planning manufacturing activity? Do you have a sound knowledge of quality and logistics standards and experience of continuous improvement? A position exists for a production planner with a market leading automotive company based in South Yorkshire.
As production planner, you will be responsible for creating a rolling master production plan for designated lines, utilising the production and resource capacity. You will have a keen focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key experiences/skills required for the production planner include,
- Master Production Plan creation
- Quality and logistics standards
- Design change management
- Continuous Improvement
You will also be required to escalate any potential threats to in-house production to the planning management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a production planner within the automotive industry. In addition to skills with quality and logistics standards as well as a keen eye on continuous improvement, it would also be ideal if you have a working knowledge of SAP systems. .
