Vehicle Human Factors/Ergonomic Programme Leader Competive rate depending on experience

A Vehicle Human Factors /Ergonomic Programme Leader is required across several major vehicle Engineering developments within a market leading design/manufacture of high end luxury/SUV/off-road vehicles based in the West Midlands
This role is part of an exciting new expansion of the team to meet increasing demands for comfort and accessibility of future models
Degree Qualified, you will be part of the team developing Ergonomic, Human Factor/HMI Accommodation and Usability techniques and will have knowledge and experience with:
- Human Factors and Ergonomic design principles for Occupant Package and User Interface.
- Coordination and running user trials
- Statistical analysis, problem solving and root-cause analysis including idea generation and issue resolution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to short timescales and deadlines .
- Competitor research/benchmarking (physical and web-based) and Quality data analysis
- Development of the Human Machine Interface, Accommodation and Usability projects for specific new vehicle programmes,
- Human Factors / Ergonomics role within a Consumer led Product Development environment to include concept development, assessment and user trialling
- Human Factors / Ergonomics role within Vehicle design environment.
- Awareness of product development process including Design for Manufacture.
