Our client is a well established supplier of prototype and small batch cast components for the Motorsport and Automotive industry. Facilities include design, casting and machining.
An experienced Production Team Leader is required:
- Manufacturing cell operations Late Shift
- Liaise with Manufacturing Manager and Cell Leading Hand to set priorities and targets for daily and weekly cell production
- Team leading the cell afternoon and late shift operators; to include providing training and instruction, identifying training needs
- Data control and route card maintenance
- Progress products through all processes
- Ensure all quality checks including CMM validation are carried out as prescribed by the process instructions
You will be an experienced Production / Cell Team Leader from within an automotive manufacturing environment.
