A world leader in the agricultural and construction equipment businesses are now looking for a Field Service Technician to report to the local Technical Support Manager.
The role is to provide technical support on construction products and heavy vehicle.
The Technician will provide on-site technical dealer support to our clients construction dealers.
Coach dealers with repair techniques and technical knowledge.
Perform in depth investigation into technical issues in the field (as directed by Service Technical Specialists (STS)) and document symptoms / actions / findings for escalation to Product Technical Specialists (PTS).
The successful candidate will hold a college qualification (e.g. HND) in construction / agricultural engineering or related discipline is highly desirable.
Proven hands on practical skills with ability to work confidently in a construction / agricultural workshop environment.
High level of diagnostic skills with proven ability to work in a team environment, with good customer service skills
Must have a flexible approach, and willing to support other areas of the Global Parts and Service organization

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in a structured and efficient manner.
