Minimum 3 years previous manufacturing experience, preferably within automotive 1st tier / OEM and a Mechanical Engineering degree.

A supplier of exterior vehicle appearance systems to some of the world`s leading car and vehicle manufacturers are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Facilitator.
You will support and manage on / offsite manufacturing trials and ensure operator interactive processes are ergonomically sound through ergonomic risk assessment and best practices. You will define process flow for new and current programs using manufacturing system design tools and methodology.

Other duties:-
* Maintain industrial engineering database for all processes on site
* Develop specific control documentation
* Develop and manage machine pokeyoke audit schedule
* Packaging development inbound / outbound
* Support various lean manufacturing driven projects from project scoping, resource management, planning implementation / delivery and post-implementation support as required.

Minimum 3 years previous manufacturing experience, preferably within automotive 1st tier / OEM and a Mechanical Engineering degree. You will have the ability to demonstrate successful integration of new process`s into existing manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, APQP, CI, VSM. You will have a good understanding and working knowledge of a range of manufacturing technologies.
