Join a fast growing major defence player developing C4I and future fighting vehicle programmes including the Scout SV.
Responsible for defining the vehicle role requirements impact on selected role architecture of SV at a system level
Role risk and opportunities management
Understand the role requirements of the selected SV role systems
Specify the special to role requirements for each of the selected Platforms
Specify installation requirements for all special to role subsystems and components
Responsible for Special to Role requirements compliance at a system level
Support the generation of the Special to Role views within the SE model packages
Ensure STR derived requirements are created for all platform subsystems supported by other domains
Flow down and apportion STR requirements to subsystems and components
Responsible for the identification and collation of STR ICD s for all platform subsystems
Review STR elements of all subsystem documentation
Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
A proven track record in the Vehicle Systems Engineering for complex programmes.
Extensive understanding and experience of systems engineering process throughout the lifecycle, including requirements management, systems analysis/design, system integration and test and acceptance
Experience in all vehicle systems domains including vetronics, lethality, survivability, mobility and DAS systems.
Ability to liaise with and present information to multidisciplined team members.
Hold or be capable of holding security clearance up to the level of SECRET
