Programme Manager - Vehicle Integration

Williams Advanced Engineering, located at Williams F1 Headquarters in Oxfordshire, will provide Jaguar with a direct technology transfer of their engineering expertise, particularly in the area of vehicle dynamics for the new Jaguar C-X75 hybrid supercar.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for the management of master specification vehicles, ensuring attribute readiness for vehicle drive events. Lead for technical resolution of cross functional / attribute issues, ensuring delivery of customer focussed targets, trading off between systems and attributes to ensure best solution. Lead for Digital and Physical test planning and delivery. Lead for engineering sign off reporting. Maintainance of Targets brochure and vehicle specification. Ownership of Vehicle Programme Plan and responsibility to drive programme activity to achieve timing milestones and deliverables. Synchronisation of business functions to support programme activity. Balancing customer requirements with programme cost and product design activity. Definition and maintenance of programme. Bill of Materials, part release process and change control. Overall programme delivery achieving financial target.
Candidate should possess an engineering related degree and have proven automotive programme management experience. Initial 6 month contract.
