High volume and heavily Automated Automotive environment seeks a process driven and experienced shop floor leader to ensure operational excellence, responsible for a Body In White Process Area and up to 40 colleagues, in respect of target and process delivery (including volume, quality, productivity and running maintenance of equipment).

With acute financial acumen and technical understanding, it is desired that you will be HNC qualified and offer proven production management experience gained in a fast paced, high volume Manufacturing BIW environment. Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, product performance, plant management and quality issues are essential, as is a proactive nature to ensure smooth line running maintenance maximises performance. Motivation of others, root cause analysis and judgement making are all core factors of the role.
