Managing up to 100 colleagues, the role of Production Group Leader must actively establish a sound business / process chain network. Core duties
will include; advising and coaching subordinates towards exceeding agreed targets for a pressured BIW organisational unit. The role will enable personal development and evaluation of the performance of subordinates in respect to the associate and leadership model; resource planning / organisational development of working structures within the surrounding area; agreeing targets / aims/ CSA’s with superiors, peers and subordinates; ensuring the adherence to health & safety regulations, legal requirements and internal guidelines. Ensuring adequate information flow - the specific scope of this function consists of the following aspects: Leading the production/maintenance activities for the respective technology (underbody, framing, bolt-ons / finish) and as a matrix responsibility leading the shift performance across all production shifts.

A degree qualification, technical competence and a proven production management track record are required for this challenging role.
