A Production Manager with a background ideally in fast moving consumer goods needed to take the business forward.
Recent investment in plant and equipment will facilitate growth. This role is key to the strategic plans for the UK based business.
You must have experience with :-
* Managing a team of skilled and semiskilled staff of up to 30.
* Able to implement change and improvements utilising lean tools.
* Have a good understanding of technical issues and be a problem solver.
* Be enthusiastic and a good communicator.
The salary range for the role is c.£30,000 pa depending on experience.
