A new vacancy has arisen for CNC Machinists Setter/Operators
The successful candidate will set and operate CNC machinery, enabling other staff to concentrate on programming.
Key Accountabilities/Duties include:
- Producing the highest quality machined components to a rigid time schedule.
- Ensuring that appropriate process and procedures are adhered to in order to maintain high quality.
- Setting and operating CNC machinery from provided setup sheets and programs to produce metallic car components.
- Maximising throughput of machined components.
The successful applicant will have a proven background in high accuracy machining, having served a recognised apprentice or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with experience of operating Mori Seiki NT 5 axis mill/turn centres or Matsuura Mam72-35v 5 axis milling centres is preferred
