REQUIREMENTS: To manage the team of operators and team leaders ensuring daily targets are met and the quality of the processes and the final product are to the highest specification. Be able to deal with customers and day to day production issues to ensure maximum throughput.
DESCRIPTION: High volume operation involved in the refurbishment and test of safety critical assemblies. Processes include metal preparation, test, fabrication and paint. There are 30 employed at the business.
VAC REQ :Manage a team of 20 plus ensuring production targets are achieved. Processes include strip down, test ,fabrication and paint.
