Position Description:

Balanced single agenda for process. Lead and support BSAP priority projects. Run BSAP level 2, meeting (own the agenda, minutes and weekly metrics cascade). Own BSAP high hurts project metrics, minutes, actions, communications and recognition processes. Liaise with the FMLG and PMLG to drive delivery of priority projects. Own the BSAP level 1 meeting administrative processes (agendas, templates, bulletins, articles etc). Work on business improvement processes within the BSAP framework utilising quality tools, processes and methodologies. CONT..
Drive the `lean` message in the business process world, Inspire lean culture and liaise with all PD Ops teams to deliver standardised and continuously improved practices. Liaise with the PD Factory Managers and Facility Managers providing a link to all things lean in PD. Promote, communicate and share best practice across PD. Provide links to the Total Quality Excellence (TQE) subject matter experts (SME) network regarding lean methods and tool usage across the business.



Skills Required:

Applicants should be qualified to degree level and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the resolution of business process issues in a number of forums. A broad understanding of PD processes is essential. Lean Learning Academy training would be beneficial. Good communication, interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a continuous improvement mind-set are personal qualities needed to succeed in this environment, being self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision. Experience of project management (the SIPPE process) and meeting demanding timescales would also be beneficial.
Skills Preferred:

Standard process improvement skills such as prince2, six sigma, lean.



Experience Required:

Professional with experience of developing and documenting processes and operating systems. The chosen candidate will be highly motivated and able to deliver results with minimum supervision. In addition the role requires a good communicator with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.



Education Required:

Qualifications: HNC/HND. Proven automotive experience.
