Our client is a world leader in the innovation, design and manufacture of Diesel Fuel Injection equipment are they now looking for a Software Quality Engineer fto work in a long term contract position.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a quality role covering software development with experience in problem solving techniques including 8D and 5Why.
The Software Quality Engineer will be comfortable working in a lead role across a number of customer project teams, leading problem solving sessions and leading process improvement initiatives.
Experience of working in an automotive environment is desirable along with assessment experience against a software model, ie CMM, SPICE.
Working knowledge of ISO 16949 and ISO15504 is also desirable.
