A world leader in the agricultural and construction equipment businesses are now looking for a Technical Trainer for Crop Production and Special Equipment to conduct technical, operator and maintenance training courses and presentations on our clients specialist products
As the Technical Trainer you will:
Prepare and organise all aspects of the training courses; materials, components, products, classrooms etc.
Work with the Training Shared Services Group to obtain and modify centrally produced training material to suit the training of International Region Importers.
Gain an in depth knowledge of Sprayer, Cotton Pickers, Cane Harvesters and Crop Production Equipment to ensure the highest level of training is achieved.
Have ability to learn new products to a level where training can be delivered at the point of new product launches.
Undertake a high level of training administration to ensure correct training records are kept primarily, student names, assessments and reports.
Provide feedback to the Product Support Group, Area Service Managers and Business Managers.
Support the development of local training centres in co-operation with the Training Manager and relevant After Sales Manager.
Be self-motivated and capable of co-ordinating own personal agenda within the training activity.
The successful applicant will hold a degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering with proven experience in a Service or Engineering related activity.
You will also have good customer service skills, be a team player and problem solver.
Must be flexible in relation to international travel, seasonal peaks, broad time zones.
