One of Europe`s largest and most experienced manufacturers are now looking for x2 Production Supervisors.
From Visa and MasterCard products to gift and loyalty cards, they manufacture, personalise, fulfil and distribute plastic cards all over the world from a single secure UK site based in Essex.

These are shift based roles 6-2 and 2-10 (40 Hours per week)

As the Production Supervisors you will ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations, Quality Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements and Statutory Regulations (including ISO and Visa / MasterCard) are adhered to at all times, whilst continually striving to improve and exceed the department s business expertise.



The main purpose of the role is to:

Improve machine efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
Ensure the smooth running of the production environment.
Ensure staff development through personal reviews, coaching and training initiatives.
Develop, monitor and maintain a high level of quality management systems throughout the department.

This is a shift based role 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 (40 Hours per Week).

The successful applicants must be able to travel and stay away from home as and when required.
