Civils CAD Technician-AutoCAD 2D and 3D-Contract-Warwickshire
Warwickshire, England

We are searching for an experienced Civils CAD Technician for a 3 month contract for an automotive firm that are going through a massive
redevelopment including around £300M of new build.  Working as part of a team and reporting to the Principal Civil Engineer, you will need to demonstrate the following:

•             Proven experience of drafting detailed minor works Civils schemes using AutoCAD AND Civils 3D or BIM

•             Knowledge of highway design from a consultancy or public sector organisation

•             ONC/HNC educated (minimum in Civil Engineering or a construction related discipline)

If you have site experience or liaising with the project management team/contractors also, that would be very beneficial.

You must have the above experience to be considered and the firm may ask you to undertake a CAD test to prove your proficiency.  Initially, a 3 month contract position commencing in February 2013 with a 1 stage portfolio interview before appointment is made.
