Operations Engineering Manager-Maintenance-W.Mids:£35-40k

Maintenance professional with good hydraulics and electrical background to manage the servicing and maintenance of key capital plant across the UK managing a team of 10 engineers and external resources. This role is essential to provide an exceptional customer service and to plan for growth.
You must have experience with:
Managing and autonomous team covering the UK
Have a good experience of good maintenance practices
Control a budget
Deal with customers and be commercially astute
Deliver to agreed contracts and targets with prestigious customers
The salary range for this role is £34-40k + car depending on experience. Interviews are due to be held in January with a view to starting during February.
