A Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is immediately required for a specialist coatings organisation based in Kingswinford, West Midlands as part of their continued company growth. This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will be leading the development, deployment and maintenance of the company's Quality Integrated Management Systems in line with business objectives.
Working in this role you will ensure that Quality Engineering support is available to all functions of the business whilst including support for New Product Introduction.
You will have experience with:
- Working within a Quality Environment with knowledge and understanding of either TS16949 or AS9100 Accreditations.
- Knowledge and understanding of working to ISO14001 or OHSAS18001 requirements.
- Thorough understanding of quality tools and techniques including, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and FAIR.
- Fast paced environment with general "service level" agreements operating within a 24-hour turnaround.
Ideally you will be at least HNC level qualified within an appropriate discipline and 5 years previous quality engineering experience. Excellent computer skills with experience of implementing quality tooling and techniques as highlighted above.
The salary for this role is £28k to £30k dependant on experience with stakeholder pension.
