Engineering Manager – Derby – to £65k+ benefits

Are you an experienced engineering manager? Do you have a good background with improvement and new product introduction? This is a unique opportunity for you to lead a team of design engineers with a globally recognised company.

This will suit you if you have experience as a manager within design, manufacturing, quality or audit and are looking to take things to the next level. A permanent opportunity, this role attracts a healthy salary of up to £65k per annum DOE and a comprehensive benefits package which reflects the  level of candidate required for the role.

Key accountabilities include;

• Liaising between technical and commercial colleagues to meet design needs
• Managing load/capacity for the design engineering
• Supporting supply chain improvement

This is a great opportunity for a strong manager that will represent design engineering across the business and take a lead particularly on new product introduction and improvement with a focus on supply chain as well as internal business processes.
