This is a 12 month contract role for an experienced manufacturing engineer with a maintenance background to work in a major OEM, working out of their Halewood facility, the role will be working on new build SUV's and 4x4 vehicles.

We have limited spaces to submit people who have the following gained in a press shop or metal stamping environment:

- Experience with automation equipment including robots (ABB, KUKA) and PLC's (any considered in a fault finding capacity)
- PPM/TPM experience working to TS and ISO standards
- Dual electrical and mechanical knowledge
- HNC/HND in Engineering

This 12 month contract for a manufacturing engineer will be based on a day's shift pattern with an early finish on a Friday, there will be an element of supplier liaison also. The majority of the day will be spent offering ideas to improve the performance of the machines, installation of new machines and problem solving.
