Project Management Analyst. General Responsibilities will include:
- Support New Program reviews with internal management.
- Facilitate and minute New Programs team meetings.
- Facilitate resolution of major program issues, change control and achievement of program objectives with other organisations (i.e. PD, Finance, Planning, etc.), OEM"s and EP suppliers.
- Collate report information from relevant engineers.
- Personal/General administration.
- Set up meetings to review/set objectives and deliverables.
- Support other requests from New Programs Leader and Manager.
- Work with other PMA's to share lessons learnt and strengthen best practices.
There will be a number of responsibilities regarding Timing/Planning, including:
- Coordinate order placement process, resolving any issues.
- Monitor Vendor safety and Program hours worked statistics.
- Identify, coordinate and report program resource requirements.
The role will also require frequent reports:
- Prepare 10 panels, Program Review, PBR, EPBR material.
- Issue tracking and resolution (AIMs) reporting.
- Coordinate input and consolidation of Milestone GPRM Decks.
- Coordinate input into program tracking tools (e.g. LQOS Charts, Program MS Project Timing File, Global 15 panel, Major Program Status and Issues, Integrator, Uncommitted Cost, etc.).

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English. Advanced IT skills, Office suite, MS Project etc. Engineering/Technical understanding, preferably Powertrain. Ability to manage priorities. Flexible and proactive. Must have verbal and written Russian language skills.

Skills Preferred:
Understanding of program reporting systems and metrics (systems milestone assessments, issue resolution). Knowledge of Visual Basic.

Experience Required:
Considerable experience on Powertrain launch programmes, or similar launches within the Automotive industry.

Experience Preferred:
Previous experience of working in Russia and/or with Russian suppliers.

Education Required:
Manufacturing Engineering qualifications and/or significant experience on Powertrain launch programs.

Education Preferred:
Project management qualifications and/or demonstrable experience in the coordination and management of complex programmes.
