Sales Engineer (Gasoline Components) - Automotive - West Midlands - Negotiable + Bens and Bonus
Due to the growth of our internationally renowned clients Gasoline components team, they are seeking an experienced sales engineer to manage the product life cycle activities for several product areas within the business. This position will provide an opportunity for growth and personal development with a rapidly expanding account, attaining exposure with the division and reciprocating functions of one of our customers. The position will be based around the head office in Whitley.
As the Sales Engineer, your responsibilities are:
You will build up and maintain strong relationships with both the customer and divisional functions within Germany
Be the key contact to the customer on topics relating to project management and series sales support, specifically in the area of prototype management
Work closely with Sales / project management counterparts based in Germany and Middlesex
As the Sales Engineer you will have:
A Proven track record of sales and project management support with a major OEM in the UK
Technical understanding/appreciation of Gasoline System products
You will possess a clean driving licence and valid passport
You must be confident, self motivated and outgoing
Customer-focused, organised and the ability to multi-task
Work and contribute effectively in teams
Be able to deal effectively with demands both internally and at the customer.
