Trim and Final Simulation Engineer - 23187

A new ongoing contract opportunity has arisen in the Midlands for a Trim and Final Simulation Engineer.
Working within a busy Manufacturing Engineering department, the individual will be responsible for the following:
* Process analysis in support of the Simulation Plan for all new and Model Year vehicle programs. This includes preparing Product Data and Process/Facility Data and integrating the complete proposed process solution for requested activities. This data is then analysed to support TandF Manufacturing Engineering in their decision making process for feasibility.
* Support Virtual Build activities
* Preparing and using 3D CAD Visualisation tools.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum HNC/ONC/Degree or 5 Years experience in Manufacturing
* Vis-Mockup, Jack, Process Simulate, Process Designer, TeamCentre Engineering, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Front-Page and Excel)
* High level of computer literacy
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and effective problem solver.
* Equally capable of working well on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
* Well-developed presentation, communication and organisational skills.
* Able to question, constructively challenge and look for creative ways to deliver against manufacturing feasibility issues.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
* Appreciation of GPDS would be an advantage
* Delmia + minimum 3 years Automotive experience, RobCad, Catia V5, 3D AutoCAD, FactoryCAD, GSPAS
