Quality Manager - Utilities - Warwickshire: £38-£40K + Bonus.
An industry leader in power generation is looking to appoint a Quality Engineer with a strong background in implementing quality policies, procedures and ensuring legal compliance, to drive continuous development and promote a quality culture across the business. This is an exciting permanent opportunity working with innovative and environmentally conscious technologies.
Experience required:
- A proven track record of management in a quality function
- Familiarity with an industrial manufacturing environment
- Setting and agreeing departmental overhead budgets
- Maintain compliance with ISO and company standards e.g. ISO9001: 2008, roadmap, etc.
- Ensuring strict compliance with company Environmental, Health and Safety management system requirements
- Investigate process failings and eliminate opportunity for repeat occurrence, share findings with factory and Quality network.
The salary range for this role is £38-£40,000.00 plus bonus depending on experience. If this role is of interest to you please forward your CV prior to 17th October 2012. An Engineering qualification (first degree) and Internal Audit qualification are essential, whilst knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and Lean Manufacturing would also be desirable.
