Our Client a leading supplier to the Aeropsace sector are currently seeking a Rig watcher on acontract basis.
The Role:
Required to Watch test rig operation
Check for hydraulic oil leaks
Transfer data from test computer for storage
Complete log sheet recording activity and condition of the test
Stop rig if any leakage occurs
Stop test if anything unusual happens (definition of 'unusual' will be provided).
Record regular data for power pack temperatures
You will be:
PC literate at a basic level and able to make accurate hand written notes
Diligent, conscientious and reliable
Prepared to work nights and weekends
Experience of working in a heavy engineering production or laboratory environment an advantage
