A vacancy currently exists for a 6 month fixed term contract for an Account Co-ordinator within the Global Orders Management Group of our client, a major engineering company, based in Peterborough.
As Account Co-ordinator you will join a team of 15 and will take responsibility for the order to delivery process for between 5 and 20 customers. In addition to building strong customer relationships, the Account Coordinators will also work closely with teams across the business including Supply Chain, Product Management and Finance. This role will help build a close strategic working relationship with other key areas of the business. This will assist in meeting the clear goals set out to achieve the standards of customer satisfaction that the company`s customers expect. Key responsibilities will include managing the oustomer Order to delivery process, following standard processes set in CPS guidelines, working within the set SoX controls, building working relationships with other areas of the business and assisting with 6 Sigma projects that deliver improvements to the team.
It is essential you have previous experience in a customer facing role together with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
