Our client is a world leader in Primary Flight Controls, Thrust Reverser Actuation and High Lift Systems, providing support to the world`s major civil and military aircraft constructors. They offer complete in-house design, development and certification. We have a number of positions open for experienced CNC Setters/Operators to work on a 3 shift basis.
Skilled Turners are required - we are looking for 2 Turners with both Setting and Operating experience to work on Moriseiki and Gildermeister machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.

Skilled Gear Cutters are required - manual and CNC gear cutting experience is required ideally from within a high precision environment working with metallic components.

Skilled Grinders are required - Grinders and Turners with both Setting and Operating experience as well as experience in internal and external grinding, rather than surface grinding, to work on Studer and Kellenberger machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
Setter / Operator CNC Turning - You will have completed a full apprenticeship and have good working knowledge of CNC turning. Demonstrated ability of working with fanuc controls. Knowledge of Lean Principles and ability to apply these within role. A good team member with the ability to work on own initiative.

Setter / Operator CNC Grinding - You will have completed a full apprenticeship. Demonstrated ability of working with fanuc controls and have the ability to use studer grinders would be desirable. Knowledge of Lean Principles and ability to apply these within role, be a good team member with the ability to work on own initiative.
